It’s early on a Tuesday morning, the mid-autumn air is crisp as a Czech pilsner, and it’s brew day for head brewers Lee Ankrum and Bradley Zimmerman (of Dangerous Man Brewing Company and Dual Citizen Brewing Company, respectively). Worth a go once to see what's out there, as this beer was as 'out there' as anything I've had as of late.Something very cool-cold, even-is brewing in northeast Minneapolis. Quite a first impression from this brewery as I've had enough of their collaborations with Tired Hands but never anything strictly by them. Best before 26 JUN 18, as written on the bottom of the can, this didn't have any sediment on the bottom of the liquid as it held up well over the last year and a half.

Not a lot of booze to this but with so much going on, the alcohol was about the last aspect of this beer on my mind. This wasn't a bad beer as it was just *different* and even as it warmed up, I had a hard time fully warming up to it. Sticky citrus, apricot, and orange blossom came through in the taste as there were deep floral and earthy hops that gave this depth while making me feel a bit uneasy at the same time. Peach, artificial sugar, lactose, and malt were in the nose as the taste felt like something that I'd get from a convenience store machine that has it's contents constantly swirling around.

That took a while to settle as there was plenty of lacing left behind with much of it in the form of one thick ring near the top of my pint glass. Sure, this poured like peach and had enough head to top the liquid off.

If you like slush drinks from 7-11 or the like, then this would be up your alley as it was sweet and slick enough to go right down but I had a hard time categorizing this as a New England IPA as I feel that this should be in a class by itself! Peach slush? Yeah, I know that a lot of breweries like 450 North have gotten on board with the slush trend, but this seems to be the basis off of which a lot of those beers were based.
